We are a full service civil law firm helping clients in the areas of real estate, elder law, estate planning, estates, civil litigation, personal injury, divorce & family law cases of all types, adoption, guardian ad litem representation, & foreclosures. For many years the firm practiced under the name of Nikolay, Jensen, and Scott with locations in Medford, Abbotsford, and Colby. Our founders are Frank L. Nikolay, John J. ''Jack'' Nikolay, Corliss V Jensen (who still practices) and Raymond H Scott. Unfortunately, Frank and Jack passed away and Ray passed away in 2015.
In Abbotsford we trace our direct history to Frank Nikolay who opened a law office in 1948. Frank and Jack Nikolay were lifelong residents of the Abby/Colby area. Jack began his law career in Medford and moved back to Abbotsford in 1951.
In Colby, WI the firm's roots can be traced to 1878 when R.B. Salter opened a law practice.
Corliss Jensen, Bill Grunewald, Mike Shiffler, and Adam Marshall now practice in Abbotsford and Medford. Paul A. Nikolay practices under the firm name of Nikolay Law LLC. He can be reached at 715-223-4151.
